We deployed a tuned line-array with delay fills, two-camera IMAG with operator-driven coverage, and ambient lighting that worked for both speaker visibility and on-camera quality. The recording was post-produced overnight into chaptered modules — letting global teams catch the most relevant sessions without watching the entire 7-hour day.
