What is the rental period for event packages?
The minimum rental period is one day. Half-day and hourly options are available on selected items by request. Multi-day discounts apply on 3+ day bookings.
Do you deliver event packages outside Colombo?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available in Colombo and suburbs; next-day or scheduled delivery is available island-wide including Kandy, Galle, Matara, Jaffna, Negombo and Anuradhapura. Delivery charges depend on distance, item size and quantity.
Is a security deposit required to rent event packages?
Yes — a refundable security deposit is required for all rental items and is refunded after the item is returned in working condition. A valid NIC or passport is required at handover.
Do you set up the furniture at the venue?
Delivery includes drop-off only by default. Set-up service (chair arrangement, table dressing) is bookable as an add-on — recommended for 50+ guest events to save you the time.
Are linens and decorations cleaned between rentals?
Yes — all linens are professionally cleaned and pressed between rentals. We track wear cycles and retire items at the first sign of staining.
