If your item is faulty or you receive the wrong product, we'll arrange a free pickup and full replacement or refund.

Returns window

• 7 days for unopened items in original packaging.
• 30 days for warranty defects covered by the manufacturer.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days back to the original payment method (cash refunds via bank transfer).
