Kandy Esala Perahera — Live Broadcast

The Esala Perahera procession demanded a robust live broadcast plan — 5 camera positions along the route, drone aerials cleared with the Maligawa, and a switching team operating from a mobile control van. We managed weather contingencies, low-light cinema lenses for the night procession, and live commentary integration. The two-hour broadcast streamed cleanly to international viewers, with archive copies cut into a 15-minute documentary highlight reel.
