The Professional Junior Monitor Engineer handles general audio mixing for smaller events and productions. Junior mix engineers manage both audience (FOH) and basic monitor sound for smaller setups where a full audio team isn't required. This role is suitable for budget-conscious clients hosting smaller events that still need professional audio management. The junior engineer provides reliable audio operation without the cost of senior-level expertise.
This is our basic tier - trained for standard mic setups, basic mixing, and event sound support. We do not position this operator as a senior professional or industry expert.
