About this operator

Junior lighting operators work under senior operator direction for complex productions, or handle basic lighting needs for simpler events. This role is ideal for events requiring basic lighting operation, follow spot coverage for performers, or additional lighting setup hands for larger installations.
This is our basic tier - trained for standard event lighting setups and routine cue operation. We do not position this operator as a senior professional or industry expert.
