Positions & specializations
About this operator
The Professional Audio Rigging Technician is a junior rigger who assists with audio speaker rigging and installation under the direction of senior rigging technicians. Junior rigging technicians handle ground stacking of speakers, basic truss assembly, cable management, and support the senior rigger during flown speaker installations. This is a support role for rigging operations — not suitable for independent rigging work or complex flown installations without senior oversight. The junior rigger assists with the physical installation work while the senior rigger handles calculations, safety decisions, and rigging point selection.
This is our basic tier - trained for standard mic setups, basic mixing, and event sound support. We do not position this operator as a senior professional or industry expert. For serious commercial work please book our senior tier in this role, and for arena tours, festival headline acts, or world-class studio mastering please engage an independent industry specialist directly.
