- Standard booking is 8 hours. Overtime is charged at 150% of the hourly rate per additional hour.
- Graphic designer provides labor only — source assets, photography, and printing are separate.
- Stock imagery costs may apply if required assets are not available.
- Print production and printing costs are separate from design fees.
- Additional revision rounds beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Design work can be done remotely; travel charges only apply if on-site presence is required.
- Travel charges apply for locations outside Colombo district if on-site work is required.
- Meals and refreshments must be arranged by the client if on-site work exceeds 4 hours.
- Advance booking required — minimum 3 days notice.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking may forfeit the booking fee.
