The Event Management Assistant provides general event support under the direction of event managers or coordinators. They handle non-technical operational tasks that keep an event running smoothly — from setting up chairs and tables to guiding guests to their seats and managing the registration desk. This is a budget-friendly staffing option for events needing extra hands for crowd management, setup, and guest-facing support. Multiple assistants can be booked for larger events.
This is our basic tier - trained for on-day event support, vendor coordination, and routine logistics. We do not position this operator as a senior professional or industry expert. For serious commercial work please book our senior tier in this role, and for high-budget destination weddings, international corporate launches, or celebrity events please engage an independent industry specialist directly.
