The standard rate is Rs. 45,000 per day in Sri Lanka. Multi-day discounts may apply on longer bookings. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.

Do you deliver outside Colombo?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available in Colombo and suburbs. Next-day or scheduled delivery is available island-wide, including Kandy, Galle, Matara, Jaffna, Negombo and Anuradhapura. Delivery charges depend on distance and item size.

Is a deposit required?

A refundable security deposit is required for most rentals and is refunded after the item is returned in working condition. A valid NIC or passport is required at handover.

What is the minimum rental period?

The standard minimum rental is one day. Half-day and hourly options are available on selected items by request.

Is an operator included with this rental?

An operator is not included by default. A trained technician or operator can be added through the operator booking section if you need on-site setup or hands-on support.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life varies by unit and usage pattern. A backup battery or mains adapter is recommended for events longer than 2-3 hours. Please confirm with our team before the event.

How long does setup take?

Basic setup takes 15 to 45 minutes depending on the kit. Large stage, LED wall and multi-camera setups require longer and benefit from a paid technician on site.
